Welcome to another solar panel installation From Starks Electrical down in Wimborne Minster, Dorset.
This client was worried about the rising cost of their energy bills now that they are in retirement and wanted control over their electric bills.
Within this installation we have installed 14x 445 watt Aiko all black solar panels included with FREE bird proofing.
Bird proofing stops squirrels from gnawing at cables and birds from nesting from underneath the panels.
We have a total of 6.23kW array on the roof (14x44w), connected to this we have a 6kW Fox inverter and 8.7kWh battery storage.
The battery storage allows to store all the excess generation from the day, so that they can then run off the battery in the evening. Because of this design the client will now save a minimum of £1200 per year. This will bring their current bill down from £130 per month to a little over £5 per month.
